Begin by choosing your preferred bench size, top-rail wording, centre detail and protective finish. Your selections create the initial visual configuration for our Bespoke Benches Team.

Your final design is confirmed

After your configuration is submitted, our team contacts you by telephone and email. We review the wording, engraving position and complete specification before preparing your final approved design.

The shipping journey

Shipped across the Indian Ocean

The designer helps you visualise your chosen specification. Final engraving size, position and layout are reviewed before production.

Lead time

Allow approximately eight weeks

The production period begins following final approval, order confirmation and receipt of full payment.

Options vary by bench size

The 2-seater supports top-rail engraving. Compatible 3- and 4-seater benches can also include a centre detail.

How long will my bespoke bench take?

The approximate lead time is eight weeks from final order confirmation and receipt of full payment.

Is delivery included?

Yes. Complimentary UK mainland white-glove delivery and assembly are included with the bespoke bench.

Can I change my design after submitting it?

Your submission is reviewed before payment and production. Adjustments can be discussed during this review stage. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Can the 2-seater have a centre engraving?

No. The 2-seater design supports top-rail engraving only. Centre initials or symbols are available on compatible 3- and 4-seater benches.

How will I pay for my bench?

You can pay using a secure Shopify payment link, by BACS invoice or over the telephone after the specification has been confirmed.

Will the preview look exactly like the finished engraving?

The online designer is for visualisation. Final placement, spacing and engraving presentation are personally reviewed and confirmed before production.
