General Questions
We deliver to all areas of Ireland, both North and South. Delivery costs vary depending on your location, and we'll provide you with an exact quote during checkout.
Unfortunately, we currently operate online only to keep our prices competitive. However, we provide detailed product photos, dimensions, and descriptions to help you make an informed decision. If you have specific questions, our team is always happy to help!
We're currently working on adding flexible payment options. For now, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Stay tuned for financing options coming soon!
Delivery & Shipping
Most items are delivered within 2-3 weeks of placing your order. Some custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-6 weeks. We'll always keep you updated on your delivery timeline.
We offer free delivery on orders over €500 within certain areas. Delivery charges for other locations are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Standard delivery is to your front door or kerbside. We can arrange delivery to your garden for an additional fee - please contact us for a quote.
Yes! We offer professional assembly services for an additional fee. Most furniture arrives partially assembled with easy-to-follow instructions if you prefer to assemble it yourself.
Products & Materials
We use premium weather-resistant materials including:
- Teak: Naturally durable and weather-resistant hardwood
- Aluminium: Powder-coated for rust resistance and longevity
- All-weather wicker: UV-resistant synthetic rattan
- Outdoor fabrics: Water-resistant, UV-protected cushions and covers
Our cushions are made from water-resistant, quick-dry fabrics. While they can handle light rain, we recommend storing them indoors or under cover during heavy rain and when not in use.
Yes! Replacement cushions are available for most of our furniture sets. Please contact us with your product details and we'll help you find the right match.
Our furniture is designed to withstand Irish weather year-round. However, we recommend:
- Storing cushions indoors or in a dry place during winter
- Using protective covers for extended periods of non-use
- Bringing teak furniture indoors if possible to preserve its color
Care & Maintenance
Maintenance is simple:
- Regular cleaning: Wipe down with mild soap and water
- Teak furniture: Apply teak oil annually to maintain golden color, or allow to naturally weather to silver-grey
- Cushions: Remove covers and machine wash when needed
- Metal frames: Check and tighten bolts annually
Most cushion covers are removable and machine washable at 30°C. For spot cleaning, use mild soap and warm water. Allow to air dry completely before putting back on furniture.
Yes, teak naturally weathers from a golden honey color to a beautiful silver-grey patina when left untreated. This is normal and doesn't affect the furniture's durability. If you prefer the golden color, apply teak oil annually.
While not essential, furniture covers help extend the life of your furniture and keep it looking newer for longer. We recommend covers especially during winter months or extended periods when the furniture isn't in use.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 14-day return policy on most items. Furniture must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
Yes! All our furniture comes with a manufacturer's warranty:
- Frames: 2-3 years depending on material
- Cushions & fabrics: 1 year
- Parasols: 1 year
Specific warranty details are provided with each product.
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Take photos and contact our customer service team immediately - we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
If returning due to a fault or error on our part, we'll cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
